As summer fruit is in full bloom, there is no better way to enjoy it than in a dessert! I brought this dessert over to my bestfriend's house, and her family LOVED it! I have been making this recipie for years, now, and it is AMAZING!!!!!!! You can substitute the blueberries for raspberries or blackberries as well :) this recipie is straight out of one og my mom's favourite cookbooks, called Fast&Fantastic. I hope you enjoy this recipie. And if you make it, we would love to see pictures!
Sincerely,
Sophia xx

Bake for 50-60 minutes, until crust is golden, and bubbles form in the center.

May be seved warm with ice cream as well.
Making it with raspberries instead is also delicous!
