Staying fit in the Summer

Its easy to stay inside during the summer, and watch nexflix or spend the days scrolling through Pinterest. But, this summer, we wanted to get outside more and explore nature. There are plenty of hikes all over the lowermainland, if you are from BC. We wanted to share some some of our favourite hikes in the lower mainland area.

Sincerely,

Sophia and Ana

Cascade falls-

This is probably the shorteset hike, of them all, but walking on the suspension bridge and seeing the waterfalls are amazing! There is a short path that you can take to access the river, and if you dont mind climbing over some boulders, you can swim under the waterfall.

Lindeman liake-

This beautiful make has the most beautiful colour! It is a good hike to get up to lindeman lake, but when you are there, the scenery is breathtaking!!

Teapot hill-

I did this hike a few days ago with my family. As you walk along the trail, you can spot dozens of adorable teapots! The hike is generaly easy, although there are some steeper sections.

Lake Kalamalka-

Although this lake is all the way in Veron, the hike to rattlesnake point is stunning!
